After Schalke and Real Madrid, Arsenal won the derby agianst Liverpool this weekend in England. In France, Lyon was unable to gain anything at home from a fabulous Bordeaux side. They lost 0-1. In Scotland, Celtic win another match. In Italy in Serie A, Inter Milan moved a step forward as Milan was beaten in home from Palermo.
Germany: Bayer Leverkusen manage to secure a draw against Hertha in Berlin. This point was sufficient to keep Leverkuzen in the first position after 16 matches. Away wins for Schalke and Bayern Munich.
